How to Submit a Support Ticket

  • Visit the DeanIT Support Portal:
    Go to https://deanit.freshdesk.com/support/home.

  • Click "Submit a Ticket":
    This is usually at the top-right of the page.

  • Choose from "Report an Issue", "Ask a Question", or "Enquire Status". 

  • Fill Out the Form:

    • Your Email Address: Use your company or personal email.

    • Subject: A short description (e.g., “Can’t access email”).

    • Description: Explain the issue in detail, including:

      • What you were doing when the issue occurred

      • Any error messages

      • Steps you’ve already tried

  • Attach a Screenshot (Optional but Helpful):
    If you can show us the issue, we can fix it faster.

  • Submit the Ticket:
    You’ll get an email confirmation with a ticket number.
